10mi, 1:15:58, (7:36/mi): LSCC+there 'n' back. Nice easy run after two days of relatively fast running. Lovely company as Biz describes.

January 30

8mi, 50:00, (6:15/mi): Treadmill/IT 8. Long day. Late night run. Finished fast. 'Nuff said.

3.25 (25:42)--My first run back! If you can call jogging on the track for 3+ miles as slow as possible running. But, thus far no signs of horrible injuries or anything, so that means I get to go back again tomorrow. I'm just going to have to take it real slow.

7.5ish miles in 1ish hours around the Rock in Glen Rock in the state of New Jersey. But you know the thing that makes everything connected to the hipbone and the kneebone hurt like hell? Like an assembly line of rodents gnawing on the side of my quad? Like little men rope climbing up my thigh wearing spikes? I caught that.

6 (42:51) A&W Mod. with Phil. Included one set of sprint drills, which Phil was unhappy about. Legs felt much better than yesterday, abs felt relatively wrecked.
