10mi, 1:03:27 (6:21/mi): Base 10. I walked up to her, I said hello. She said you're kind of cute I said yes I know. Kicked the last block to make sure I beat Phil. Biz got me for the victory, but it's not about winning the workout.

Jill and I raced this morning. The 5k was not quite that, as the first mile came in 4:39. Still we slipped in for a team score of 3. She made $150/hr; I made closer to $80/hr. A good effort all around. Bucky gave me a high five before my last stride. This was not quite the equivalent of the fellahs huddle. After the race Bucky headed to Milwaukee for the hockey game. National champs baby!
