7mi, 43+ (wkout): 1up, 4.7mi@MP(27:51, 5:55/mi), 1+down. Good easy effort but legs still heavy. Some of the added effort came from the pre-run Doritos and cookies, the rest came from those 18mi on Sunday. It would also be a good idea to start running before 5pm at some point...like tomorrow...
