9.5mi, 1:03:12 (6:38/mi): Base 10 w/Biz. Virtually no shin pain, which is nice. T'was hot, but manageable. Wasn't like I was cooking on the outdoor grill or anything. Then to Shermdawg's on a mission from God before helping Biz wait for that brother character...pending...

Churchie, I forgot to congratulate you on your 5k this week. Nice quadruple.
10 miles today while getting to and around the Madison Race for The Cure to cheer on Jill's Girls on the Run team. I look pretty in purple, if I may say so. Cheers to Alison on her race. I'd have liked to see the SCRC top, but she did the red Fleet Feet Madison. Understandable really when you fully realize that the registration fee is $30 for 5k.
