If there's no such thing as identity, who just made that post? I'm confused.

now I just feel like a loser for posting twice in a row, but...

Tuesday AM: 4.5, slow, abs. Not great, not terrible. Took a while to get into a good grove. Really not used to 85% humidity, prompting my first shirtless run in Chicago and then lots of strange looks from all the other runners. For a city where everyone is showing off, these people really like to keep their clothes on while running. Either that or they're not all sweat-mongers like I am.

May 8: LSCC + 1:07:39, we'll call it 8 or 9, I'll leave that up to Chap. Justin Morneau rocks my world. Booyah.

Tuesday: 9 all told. booked it over to LSCC after pounding down some iced coffee that had me wired for sound and down with whatever, then did the usual LSCC loop, then over to campus pizza where biz was totally a sally and only ate one large pizza. run felt fantastic.

brewers, still the best record in baseball.

May 9: Mark Twain Feeftain: 1:38:43. First 20 minutes felt like total donkey-butt, was contemplating a 6 miler and going back to bed for the rest of the day. Then I remembered I had stuff to do, so I kept running. It got better, but never felt stupendous. Probably a sign that I'll never run well ever again ever.

Wednesday: 30 minutes in the 'Wood. Not very fast or very pleasant, although it was a run which I was deeply pleased to be engaging in. My ears were ringing the entire way, although I was not deeply unpleased about that, being as the ringing was a result of the Tuesday PM Arcarde Fire concert. Yeah. wednesday: 12, with nick and (most of it) matt. 8x60 s. pickup with 60 s. rest and 5 minutes of rest in the middle. dunno what pace/effort, but it got me panting and got the form slipping on numbers 7 and 8. most of the run along the east bank.

arcade fire: sweet.
