4+, 29:37 (7:10ish/mi): Shortcut+ w/Biz. Didn't tell Biz that, really, Shortcut ends at the corner of Cecil and Franklin. Otherwise it's kind of a long run. Felt good, refreshed, and much healthier than my companion sounded. Lifted post-run. Because it's about time more of that was happening.

Wednesday through Friday: no running, but about 20 hours of playing with five nieces and nephews, ages seven to one. One hour of circuits yesterday at 6:30am with older sister. Ouch. Abs survived fine, but arms and legs are hurting units today. The bending and lifting of kids isn't really helping. Maybe a run happening this afternoon.... but pretty doubtful.
